Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy every cup. This policy explains your rights and our practical approach to refunds, replacements and cancellations.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receiving a delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us at hello@ronda.coffee with your order number before the 14-day period expires.
Important exception: sealed food items that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons (Art. 103 of the Spanish General Consumer Law). If your coffee bag is unopened, you can return it; once opened, it cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or defective items
If your coffee arrives damaged, leaking, or past its roast freshness window, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement on our next dispatch or refund the affected item — your choice.
3. Missed or failed delivery
See the Shipping Policy for how missed deliveries are handled. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details you supplied, the cost of re-delivery may be charged.
4. Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations made before the 1st of the month take effect for that month; later cancellations take effect from the following month. We do not refund the current month once it has shipped.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear.
6. Withdrawal form
You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or simply send a clear statement of withdrawal to hello@ronda.coffee.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law. You may also file a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
