Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ronda Coffee website and subscription service operated by Ronda Coffee ("we", "us", "our"), with registered address at [Registered address, Barcelona] and tax ID [NIF/CIF]. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Service
Ronda Coffee is a monthly subscription service that delivers whole-bean specialty coffee sourced from independent roasters located in Barcelona. Subscriptions are available only to delivery addresses within Barcelona city limits.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Barcelona delivery address to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price displayed on our website at the time of purchase, in Euros (EUR), VAT included. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the anniversary of your first charge until you cancel.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; the new price will apply to your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Pause & cancellation
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at hello@ronda.coffee. Changes made before the 1st of the month apply to that month's delivery; later changes apply from the following month.
5. Product
All coffee is shipped as whole beans. We do not offer pre-ground coffee. Each month's coffee is selected at our discretion from our roasting partners; we cannot guarantee a specific roaster or origin in a given month.

7. Refunds & withdrawal

8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, attempt fraudulent payment, or abuse the service. We will refund any prepaid portion that has not yet shipped.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish consumer law.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. courier strikes, severe weather, supply disruption from roasters).
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings in their place of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
