Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery area
We currently deliver only within Barcelona city limits — all districts from Sants to Sant Andreu, Sarrià to Sant Martí. Postal codes outside the city (08001–08042 only) are not yet served.
2. Cadence & scheduling
Subscriptions ship once per month. Your first delivery is scheduled approximately three (3) days after signup. You can then choose your preferred monthly delivery day from your account, and reschedule any future delivery as long as the change is made before our monthly cutoff.
3. How we deliver
Orders are delivered by local bike courier within Barcelona. This keeps our carbon footprint low and your beans fresh.
4. Delivery cost
Delivery is included free of charge in every subscription plan.
5. Missed deliveries
If you are not home, the courier will leave the package with your portero or a safe location agreed at signup, or attempt redelivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package returns to our hub and we contact you to arrange pickup. A third delivery attempt may incur a fee.
6. Changing your address or delivery day
You can update your delivery address and reschedule your monthly delivery day from your account at any time, provided changes are made before that month's cutoff. Changes made after the cutoff apply from the following month.
7. Holidays & pause
Going away? Pause your subscription from your account before the 1st of the month — no charge, no delivery, no problem.
